Arbitrove is an investment and financial brokerage platform on the Arbitrum ecosystem , an Ethereum sidechain platform. The platform offers a wide range of investment products, of which the first to be introduced is ALP (Arbitrum Index Token).
ALP is a token index representing a basket of blue-chip tokens on the Arbitrum ecosystem including GMX, MAGIC, GRAIL, DPX, JONES, RDNT and GNS.
Step 1: Users can deposit various assets including ETH and blue-chip Arbitrum tokens to be able to mint ALP. The minting rule is to get the latest price of the newly deposited asset and convert it to ALP with the latest price.
When users deposit assets into Arbitrove, they are converted into the corresponding “wrapped tokens” on Arbitrum and stored in the smart contract of the ALP index product. The ALP will then be minted with an automatic rate calculated based on the asset value deposited by the user. This means that if the value of the assets increases, the rate of the ALP will decrease and vice versa.
Step 2: Users use ALP to stake on Arbitrove to earn esTROVE and profit sources from Arbitrove strategies.
After minting ALP, users can stake their ALP amount on Arbitrove to earn esTROVE – the bonus token of the ALP index product. At the same time, users will also receive rewards from Arbitrove's strategies that the ALP indicator product is using to profit.
Step 3: After users stake ALP, Arbitrove vaults will implement different strategies, including providing liquidity, staking, lending and borrowing…
Step 4: Profits from these strategies will be shared with ALP holders and a portion of the profits will also be distributed among TROVE staking participants.
Arbitrove will not only focus on developing ALP but also launching many other index funds in the future. This includes the GMX Ecosystem Index, the GameFi Index, the Liquid Staking Index, and many more. The platform will continue to build and develop use cases for these new products.
