What is SubQuery Network?

SubQuery Network is a decentralized data system built on Polkadot's Substrate. Inspired by The Graph project, SubQuery Network was born with the goal of making decentralized financial applications in Polkadot's ecosystem easier to access data.

SubQuery Network provides data as an aggregated service that anyone can query and consume quickly and reliably. In addition, SubQuery Network also allows customers to easily search, transform data as well as connect and present data in the future through the project's products and services.

SubQuery SDK : The SubQuery Network SDK Toolkit is open source, allowing users to create and launch their own decentralized financial applications. This toolkit is also licensed by the ASF Apache 2.0.

SubQuery Project : This product provides developers with an online environment to build and deploy their projects on SubQuery Network nodes.

SubQuery Explorer : This is a completely free online explorer, it provides information and data of projects built in the Polkadot ecosystem.

SubQuery Network : This is the core product of the project, developers of decentralized financial applications can use the GraphQL programming language to query the data that the SubQuery Network provides.

SubQuery Network participants include customers, indexers, and delegators. In there:

The customer is the person who will make a request to the SubQuery Network to query a particular data. To do this, the customer will pay a fee of SQT tokens to the SubQuery Network.

Indexers can be understood as project developers, they will build and deploy their projects on SubQuery Network.

A delegate  is someone who will join the network by supporting their favorite Indexers to earn rewards.
