What is Tender Finance?

Tender Finance is a Lending protocol built on Arbitrum , providing a brand new collateral liquidation system. The project uses off-chain liquidity, supports LP asset classes, helps users maximize capital efficiency. The project currently supports collateral such as GMX, GLP. Loan

Tender Finance's main product is Lending. Users who simply deposit assets into a Liquidity Pool supported by Tender Finance will be able to earn interest from borrowers. The assets supported by the project include WBTC, ETH, USDT… 

Get a loan

Users can deposit assets they are holding into Tender Finance as collateral and borrow other assets. The amount a user can borrow depends on the type of property they use as collateral. 

With a friendly interface, Tender Finance displays the user's loan limit in the dashboard for easy monitoring by users. The assets that users borrow depend on the liquidity of that Pool. If the Pool is illiquid, users will need to wait for new users or other loans to repay before they can borrow.

Liquidation mechanism

The loan liquidation mechanism will include two factors, the loan ratio and the mortgage rate. Based on those two factors, we will determine the liquidation rate. This is an important indicator that helps users determine their liquidation limit. In particular, the lower the utilization rate, the safer the user's collateral. Specifically: 

• The loan utilization rate is less than 75%, the user's assets are relatively safe
• Loan utilization rate is from 75% to 90%, users need to pay closer attention to positions
• The loan utilization rate is from 90% to 95%, then users need to improve the loan utilization rate
• High loan utilization rate of 95%, the risk of liquidation is very high

Users can repay all or only part of the borrowed capital or increase the level of collateral to improve the loan utilization rate.
