Operation model of METAIN

MEI ASSETS MANAGEMENT (asset management division) of METAIN consists of leading experts who will select and invest in potential real estate in the market, then manage and exploit that property to make it profitable. best. The assets will be closed in 1 Fund and then divided into shares, each share will be represented as 1 NFT for investors to buy, NFT will cost from 10 USD.

Investors purchase NFTs from the general investment platform METAIN and get ownership of the associated asset package. NFT holders will share the profits from those real estate mining operations through the platform in stablecoins.

General real estate investors will manage real estate through REIT Smart Contract. Asset management will be voted on via DAO vote. Investors who own NFT will vote to approve the rental or sale of real estate. Property ownership will follow a term of 5 + 1 + 1, meaning that after 5 years, the property will be given to vote on whether to sell the property and collect the money. If the investors (NFT unit holders) agree on more than 65%, the assets will be sold and the money will be divided back to the investors. If the voting result is less than 65% then the assets will keep, every one year the platform gives to vote again, this is up to 2 more years i.e. after 7 years the assets will be liquidated to return capital to investors.

Real estate ownership certificates will be managed by the bank. It is necessary to have the consent of investors to get the certificate of ownership of the property for sale. UOB Bank is a partner bank of METAIN and provides this service. 

The valuation of real estate and management activities will be audited by the audit partner. Deloitte is currently an audit partner of METAIN.
