Operation model of METAIN

General real estate investors will manage real estate through REIT Smart Contract. Asset management will be voted on via DAO vote. Investors who own NFT will vote to approve the rental or sale of real estate. Property ownership will follow a term of 5 + 1 + 1, meaning that after 5 years, the property will be given to vote on whether to sell the property and collect the money. If the investors (NFT unit holders) agree on more than 65%, the assets will be sold and the money will be divided back to the investors.
