What is Spellfire?

Spellfire is a brand new NFT game in the genre of card collecting (CCG) of the 90s. Spellfire builds a magical world of heroes, demons and rampaging monsters. 

Here, the player must fight against youkai to become the ruler of one of the great kingdoms of the world of Spellfire. However, in this world anyone can become a villain including heroes, even close allies can become enemies.

Spellfire is a combination of blockchain technology, NFT and Play-to-earn model with the goal of giving players an extremely enjoyable experience. Spellfire's gameplay

Similar to other card collecting games, players need to create their own deck. The way to play in Spellfire is also very simple, players just need to take turns drawing each card in their deck and placing them on the field. Depending on the unique power and function that the cards possess, they will come up with moves to defeat the enemy's cards and protect their kingdom.

One point to note is that some Spellfire cards will have special powers, which can even break the rules of cards in the opponent's hand. This makes the game more dramatic, as well as giving players the opportunity to "turn defeat into victory" while in a losing position. 

Spellfire's card system will have 7 objects: Champion, cleric, hero, monster, mage, psionicist, thief and regent. Players can strengthen these cards by using support cards, such as allies, magic boosts, psionic powers, etc.

To become the winner, the player must defeat the opponent and pass 6 maps. At the end of the match, the winner will have the opportunity to receive certain loot.

Some new additions to the game-play

Spellfire develops 3 more special types of interactions with many interesting things for the gaming community, as well as those who have supported the project. 

First, Spellfire released an Augmented-Reality (AR) card that felt surreal when it came to bringing the game to life. Players only need to scan the QR code on the card, then Spellfire will provide an innovative new way for them to interact directly with their opponents. Instead of attacking the player's cards, each AR card will take on the task of attracting the opponent's attention to distract them and not be able to focus on the original playing strategy.  

Second, voice control cards give the player the ability to control the moves of the cards. In addition, with these card numbers, the player has the option of enchanting enemy cards through spells.

Third, the gesture control cards in Spellfire help increase the immersiveness of players casting Runes. When the player selects “Cast a rune” from the application, the player will have to draw the icon of the Rune they want to use and the system will fulfill that request.

Play-to-earn model

After Spellfire was remade, the development team integrated a simple and convenient Play-to-earn system for players. Regardless of the skill level of the NFT collection a player owns, this system ensures that they are always profitable for Spellfire players. Players can earn money in the following three ways:

Buy Original NFT Cards: Original NFT tokens will be numbered and sorted by rarity. Of these, the legendary card is the rarest and has only one star with one owner. Players who purchase the original card will receive 90% of the profit from each sale of a copy of that card as NFT.

Play game to earn SPELLFIRE tokens: Players will use NFT cards to participate in matches in Spellfire. After completing the match they can receive a significant amount of SPELLFIRE tokens. When players go to war, their cards gain experience and SPELLFIRE tokens are used to upgrade them. Another special feature of this game is that players can play with normal (non-NFT) cards. After these cards reach level 4 then it becomes an NFT card and the holder can make money from it.

Trade NFT tokens and SPELLFIRE tokens: Tokens that have been upgraded with SPELLFIRE tokens can be traded with other players. Besides, players can also trade SPELLFIRE tokens that they earn from playing games to earn profit.

Marketplace
